TAG implements a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or enter, submit, or access your personal information.

All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.
After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.
Do we disclose any information to outside parties?
TAG does not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. TAG is in compliance with the requirements of COPPA (Childrens Online Privacy Protection Act). This Site is not intended for use by children under 13 years of age. Governing Law and Venue
This Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, excluding its conflict of laws principles. The exclusive venue for any dispute between you and TAG shall be Orange County, Florida, and you hereby waive any jurisdictional, venue or inconvenient forum objections thereto. YOU EXPRESSLY WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL. Prior to initiating any legal action, you shall give TAG 60 days’ prior written notice of your intent to file an action by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. During such notice period, you will endeavor to resolve any dispute or claim amicably by mutual discussion.
