Digital marketing is a lifestyle, not just at job at TAG. All team members excel in their understanding and knowledge of what generates quality leads and drives conversions for small businesses.
Each team member has extensive training and experience in their respective areas of expertise and most are Google certified in Search and Analytics. Each team member specializes in a service necessary for driving results. When we work on a project each of our team members will handle their area of expertise.
William Konstand is the President and CEO of TAG and has offered consulting and digital marketing services to thousands of small businesses and Fortune 500 brands for more than 23 years. He began his career in 1993 as marketing executive for an Embro Research and was instrumental in licensing products to both SmithKline Beecham and Proctor and Gamble. Bill founded TAG in 1999 and became one of the first Google Platinum agencies. He expanded into the real estate and travel industries, where he procured regional marketing agreements with several large national brands, including Royal Caribbean and Pulte Homes. With the introduction of the smartphone in 2007, he realized that the greatest change in communication was imminent. He repositioned TAG to help small business and franchise owners gain more clients and bridge the gap between corporate and local marketing. Bill is a Google Adwords expert with the artistic ability to envision the big picture for every client — and the analytical ability to capture the bottom line. Bill is a member of Mensa, Forbes Agency Council, IRHSA, GGFA and several franchise associations.
Stacy Lyles is the Executive Vice President and co-founder of TAG. She is the driving force behind the Company’s strategic planning and client initiatives. While at the University of Florida, Stacy began her career as marketing manager for Embro Research and has helped businesses succeed online for the past 20 years. She also leads our Google Certified team, and brainstorms with top Google Contributors to stay ahead of the curve.
Ashley Woods is the Director of Business Services for TAG, and has been an integral part of small business success stories for over 15 years. While in college she realized the world of communication was ever-changing and found her passion in digital marketing. Since then, she constantly asks the questions “how” and “why” to ensure all the latest and best digital marketing strategies are used at TAG in order for clients to flourish in the digital space. Coming from a background of family entrepreneurs she understands the mindset of a small business owner and focuses on generating high ROI’s for clients. She has previously worked on marketing and paid search campaigns in the motorsports, automotive, technology, health care, fitness, and entertainment industries.
Sachi Yannaccone is the Director of Account Services at TAG. With a rich history in digital marketing and software, Sachi is a skilled marketing leader and entrepreneur. Leading software and marketing teams specializing in data analytics, Sachi brings a significant understanding of data to the clients whom she works with. With over 15 years of experience in marketing and technology, Sachi specializes in meeting the needs of client services with out-of-the-box thinking and a unique perspective to overcoming business challenges. At her core, Sachi is a skilled communicator who focuses on dissecting data to breakdown its integral parts and use it to maximize client ROI’s while improving KPI’s and delivering on best industry practices from a UI/UX standpoint.
Lori Brown is the Director of Development for TAG, and has been working with the technical team for over 15 years. Lori is an experienced HTML and CSS developer and works with both html and WordPress websites, and mobile website development. She is responsible for working with the launch team and account managers to implement website development and optimization strategies.
Stacy O’Connor, Creative Director, is a native from Long Island, NY. Stacy received her undergraduate degree in Audio Engineering from Emerson College in Boston. She continued on to obtain her Master’s degree in New Media. Upon returning to NY after her education, Stacy was employed at the New York Institute of Technology, College of Osteopathic Medicine in the Academic Technology Department. She was the Digital Media Specialist for 15 years. She specialized in video production, graphic design, photography and social media. During her time at NYIT, Stacy also obtained her M.B.A. She re-located to Florida in 2015 and helped launch a new business in SODO before joining the TAG team.
Ted Kapsch, Account Manager, specializes in search engine optimization (SEO), marketing, website management, and social media. His skills include leadership, management, sales, and talent development. Ted is a high-energy, detail-oriented and results driven leader with over 20 years of experience in sales, marketing, and the technology field. He enthusiastically exceeds client expectations and provides a “wow” factor with his impeccable presentation and customer service skills.
Michael Schuster, Account Manager, was first introduced to the world of Internet marketing in 2003. As one who loves to learn, Michael was drawn to the industry’s ever-growing and constantly evolving nature. Michael’s specialty is lead generation through the Facebook Ads platform. Since running his first FB ad in 2008, he has generated millions of dollars in leads in the fitness, real estate, debt and home services verticals. Outside of work, Michael loves spending time with his wife and four kids, coaching youth baseball, and playing any and all sports.
Ann Alexander is a Digital Marketing and Content Specialist at TAG. In 1986, she began her marketing career with a local healthcare system, where she honed her skills as a writer and project manager. An expert in health care education, home health and fitness content, Ann is also a freelance writer for local physician and hospital publications.
Julian Cires, Digital Marketing Specialist, graduated from Florida State University and Florida Atlantic University with an MBA and Creative Writing degree. His hard work ethic utilizes his creativity with his business minded expertise. Prior to joining TAG, he was managing digital marketing for numerous clients and agencies, specializing in SEO, Social Media, Creative Design, Email Marketing, & Content Writing.
Kathryn Deen is a Digital Marketing Specialist for TAG. She has six-plus years of professional communications experience, including launching and managing several social media sites and web sites, and writing award-winning articles for magazines and newspapers. Kathryn launched her own business, Stories Remembered LLC, through which she recently published and founded Clermont Magazine. She graduated with honors from the University of Florida with a bachelor’s in Journalism, a specialization in Multimedia, and minors in Business and Leadership, where she also was an active committee member of the Public Relations Student Society of America. She loves spending time with her husband and their two cats, Kit Kat and Pumpkin, as well as teaching yoga, baking, running and taking group fitness classes.
Anne-Marie Johnson, local specialist, possesses extensive knowledge of the local marketing solutions that help small and medium businesses grow and attract new customers. She is truly passionate about her work and eager to help clients enhance their online presence. While she enjoys all aspects of her job, her favorite part is evolving with the company to ensure optimal services. Anne-Marie holds an associate degree and is bilingual in English and Italian. She is married to her high school sweetheart, and they have been together 21 years.
Bridget Bailey is a Digital Marketing Specialist who partners with various top-end clientele to grow their social media presence, create digital advertising, and implement social media marketing strategies. Bridget brings an international perspective to her position as she has lived in Argentina, the UK, and Spain. She truly understands how to cater to various cultural markets and has a keen eye for spotting the next digital trends. Prior to her time at TAG, Bridget worked as a marketing coordinator and utilized her skills in creating brand awareness, reputation management, PPC campaigns, Facebook advertising, and graphic design. She also enjoys content writing, and her own articles have been published on Thought Catalog, PINC International, Grads.co.uk, and the Vanguard School.
Bridget graduated with honors from the University of Stirling in Stirling, Scotland with a master’s of letters in English Studies. She is bilingual in both English and Spanish. When Bridget is not at her keyboard, she enjoys spending time with her rescue dog, Mia, who was adopted from Spain, writing on her novel, and adding to the 12+ countries she has travelled to.
Walt Mecleary is a web designer and front-end web developer with over fifteen years of professional experience in the industry. Walt works with content management systems and rewrites code to suit businesses with data collection applications. He is inquisitive and enjoys work that challenges him to learn something new and stretch in different directions. He never walks away from a problem unsolved. Staying on top of the current technologies and eager to meet new challenges with new tools he is always well suited for the job at hand. He also makes a fine cup of java… script.
Lauren Dow, Digital Marketing Specialist, graduated from the University of South Florida with a bachelor’s degree in public relations. Recognized for her communication skills and initiative, Lauren coordinates digital marketing campaigns for TAG clients including many national brands. Prior to joining TAG, Lauren enjoyed success with an SEO company in New England, where she implemented digital marketing for local small businesses and assisted in the company’s rebranding efforts.
